As a user you can create sign in forms to collect open house visitors.
Steps to create a form
Click on the new form button at the top of your left nav bar or, navigate to the forms page and click on the new form button in the top right of your screen.
You will be prompted to select a template which will help you fill out some basic information within your form, if you don't want to use a template you can Start from scratch, or click cancel.
From here you will be asked to fill out information in the 5 categories, Basics, Questions, Follow-up, eSign, and Branding.
Once you have visited all 5 sections at-least one time you will be able to publish and access your form.
