How to create your account, join or set up an organization, complete your profile, and connect the basics (email, timezone, branding) so your team can start using OnSight Core.

Steps to create an OnSight Core account

  1. Account: Here you will be asked what type of account you would like, Personal or Business. You will also need to input your name, email, and password details.

  2. Choose Products: You will be displayed all of our OnSight products, select which products you would like to sign up for, and how many seats you would like for each.

  3. Payment: Input your payment info after reading your order summary.

  4. You will then be logged into your Core dashboard.

How to manage core settings and users

When you are inside your core dashboard, in the top right there is a dropdown menu where you can edit profile settings, org settings, and manage your users. To manage your billing and branding visit org settings. To edit your seats and who they are assigned to, visit user management.
